As a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor, Pauline brings a solid business perspective to Ei’s important work. A Cum Laude graduate of Georgia State University, Pauline earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and a Masters of Taxation.
Joining HLB Gross Collins in 1987, Pauline is a Stakeholder who specializes in taxation and personal financial planning with a particular emphasis on estate planning. Pauline works with a wide range of closely held businesses to incorporate the financial planning process for business owners and their business entities.
Working with Ei founder Holly Elmore, Pauline was the guiding force to Ei securing the IRS 501(c)3 non-profit status within nine months of incorporation. Pauline’s tax expertise is imperative to building solid foundations for wasted food programs in the development phase.
