Ei Partner Steve Davies of NatureWorks and Ei Founder Holly Elmore tag-team a panel presentation on Biopolymers Role in Zero-Waste Programs. After Holly’s Ei overview, Steve focused on the Sustainable Food Court Initiative Atlanta Airport Pilot including the Airport’s foodservice contract provision requiring the use of compostable products. Ei was a conference media sponsor.
